Not been too good today as we went to Frankie & Bennies for lunch.
Breakfast: just a cup of tea
Lunch: potato skins, mushroom pasta & cinnamon waffle & ice cream
Tea: Piece of fruit cake and some peanuts.
Really must get back on plan tomorrow after today off. Cant afford to have to many days like these although if i can still lose this week after today, it proves that you do not have to be good all the time to lose weight. I recon it is the 80/20 rule.
