Thursday 6th Oct

Weigh in for week 2 today.  Lost 2.5lb so a total on 9.5lb over the fortnight which although is good, I was secretly hoping for more this week.  I am adding a few more bits infor next week.

I have got porridge, a shake, a meal bar and a meal each day.  See how I go with that.
